- original Paper sleeve (MISPRINTED -MISSING THE STAR FLEET LOGO BOTTOM MIDDLE OF FRONT COVER-See last picture for comparison)
- original plastic case
This is a UK VHS SELL THRU version. Issued 1991 (aka 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION), but unlike all others this is missing the 25th anniversary star fleet logo in the middle bottom of the front cover.See last pic for comparison.

This tape has been tested (2019) and plays perfectly (see screen shots). The tape and the outer tape shell are in 10/10 condition. No mould on the tape.
