Lovely Chunky 9ct Rose Gold - Gold Filled Curb Chain 24 inch.
-This is a truly gorgeous chain.
Crafted from 9ct Filled Gold.
-A gorgeous long curb chain with a brand new rose gold hue, no signs of wear at all.
A fantastic budget option for that chunky gold chain! The photos do show a much yellower tone
however in natural light the rose really comes out.
-Chain Length - 24inch.
-Weighs over 48 grams.
Excellent vintage condition
Not marked but has been checked and tested.
Even though my jewellery is vintage I polish it to be worn straight away.
I have done a lot of research into gold manufacturing.
Gold filled is a technique developed in the 1920s where solid gold sheets are bonded onto a base metal via chemical or heat process. This produces a lasting gold item which is sturdy and will not wear (like modern items)
There is a minimum gold quantity of 10% (9ct) for an item to be called Gold Filled.
