This item:  A mint copy of this important and highly regarded early Hammer book covering the complete classic era of Hammer Films. The book is hardcover and houses 410 pages of detail, plot, background, comment / appraisal of all Hammer Films from its humble origins to The Lady Vanishes; it also has chapters on  A History of Hammer Films / Exclusive Films, Short Subjects as well as Hammer on Television. There is a Foreward by Peter Cushing, Introduction by Jimmy Sangster and Afterword by James Bernard. A comprehensive and detailed acount of all Hammer's output with a fine selection of b/w photos throughout. Long out of print this is a superb, unread copy of this seminal book.  Very Scarce
