• Domestic buyers may tender payment via Google Checkout, Paypal, or Money Order.
• International buyers may tender payment by Google Checkout or Paypal only. All prices are in USD.
• Payments made in the form of E-Check will be subject to a waiting period while payment clears.
• Payment must be made within 10 days of purchase date unless other arrangements have been made.
Shipping
• Unless otherwise noted in a listing, there are no shipping or handling charges.
Return Policy
• Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be given after delivery of product.
• In the case that a product has not yet been delivered, I will be glad to refund the purchase price as long as I receive communication from you. TOP Exclusive Licensing Agreement Custom made designs (including templates, logos, store designs, web site, business correspondence and individual graphics) and One of a Kind design purchases are granted an exclusive usage license for the product contained in the package. I'm having trouble using my old templates, I keep getting these ugly scroll bars! Do you have a template conversion service? Yes we do a offer template conversion service! But if you want to do it yourself the eBid table is only 614px wide. You just have to reformat your tables, update your links and maybe shrink down your pictures a bit. If you don't have time to do all this feel free to hire us to help you with your conversion. Surely you must charge an arm and a leg to do such a conversion? Nope, just $1.00 USD each template! Very large orders will get a price break. To order simply contact us with how many you need done and I'll set up a BIN. Purchase, send html or text files via email and we'll get them converted and sent back to you in no time! What if I get stumped using your designs? Don't pull your hair out!
