These are our standard terms and conditions of selling at auction

After Purchase

All upgrades are available in our store, if you cannot see what your looking for please contact us by Email.

Dispatch Times: Delivery is usually within 10 working days after payment

has cleared in our account. This includes Paypal, and PPAY.  This normally takes 5

working days after payment has been made or as soon as the clears into our account at Barclays Bank Plc. This means that if you pay by Paypal on a Monday, it should be in our bank account by Friday. Your goods will be shipped as soon as possible after this, and normally as previously stated within 10 working days. Please be aware we adhere to the distance selling regulations, which can be found on the OFT website.

Delivery to any UK mainland address is made by either Interlink Express or by Royal Mail. Occasionally we Drop Ship from our suppliers, who use City Link.

Highlands and NI will incur a charge of £10.00 extra on our standard shipping.

Please check goods before signing for them as it is very difficult to substantiate a claim if the goods have been signed for as being in good condition. It is a good idea to sign as “Unchecked” when signing for your delivery as it is unlikely the courier or postman will wait whilst you check the goods.

SHIPPING 

Our shipping or Postage and Packing Charges are shown on the Auction. They are NOT NEGOTIABLE. We have confirmed during verification checks with PAYPAL etc we cover the consignment to you in full and therefore the price includes insurance for the full value of the item, not the standard amount that is normally included..

We ship only to PayPal confirmed addresses and Credit/Debit card billing addresses. If you want postage to a different address please pay by an alternate method and email before payment with delivery details.

As a rule we only ship to the UK, we however may list some items for international shipping, in which case the shipping rate will be shown on the auction itself.

For Highlands and Islands including Northern Ireland there is a shipping surcharge of £10.00.

We use Interlink Express or Royal Mail to send all items, We DO NOT allow collection on any item we sell.

PAYMENT POLICY 

Payment must be received within 7 days after item is won.

As Per eBay/ebid/cqout and our own policy, we reserve the right to reject winning bids from any user with hidden information or negative feedback, or from users who have violated the terms of any of our past auctions.

All items we sell are brand new factory sealed, NOT refurbished unless indicated in listing description. Some items have been opened to affix warranty and stock numbers, to enable us to better deal with warranty claims.

We are not responsible for setting up your device or compatibility issues that may occur with this item and your current equipment. You are responsible for checking this before you bid or purchase.

By placing a bid in this auction, you agree to be bound by all of our terms and conditions and you agree to accept our warranty.

RETURN POLICY 

If when you receive your products they are wrong or defective, you must notify us within 3 days.

Products returned must be in packing as per manufacturer specification, sealed and with all manuals, discs, booklets, cables etc. There are no exceptions to this rule. For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 5-10 calendar days from the date we receive the returned items. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Any products received later than 7 days cannot be accepted for return

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages or claims.

We do not guarantee compatibility or suitability for use of any item.
