TERMS & CONDITIONS

All our items are new unless otherwise stated. We only offer good quality products and make every effort to maintain our high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and , above all, Customer Service. If you should encounter a problem, or have any questions or issues regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Please leave positive feedback on receipt of your goods and we will do the same for you.

Should a problem arise we need your help to keep us informed before leaving feedback.

This gives us a fair chance to resolve your issue and allows us to further improve our service.

1. If the goods you receive  are wrong due to an error on our part, we will pay all delivery costs, including the cost of the return of the correct product(s) back to you, the customer.

2. All sales are final, no refunds, Any damages, shortages or defects must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Exchange of defective parts only within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Seller is not responsible for for any damage caused by improper use or assembly of item. All postage expenses incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of any goods, or any defective parts are the customers responsibility. This means, if the goods have to be returned to us,we will not pay the postage charges either way.

3.In order to avoid unnecessary postage charges to you, we will endeavour in the first instance to try and resolve any issues or problems via e-mail or phone. Failing that we will issue you with a RNA (Returns Number Authorisation), which must be included with it's return. After the return of goods, they will be inspected, any faulty items repaired, and if necessary replaced with the same or better.

PAYMENT

We ask for payment to be received within 7 days of the sale/auction completion please. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that fails to complete within 7 days of final date of sale/auction.

Unpaid items will be relisted and non-paying bidders reported.

We accept payments by PayPal, (Preferred), Google Checkout (Preferred), cheque ( made payable to M.Norrington), uncrossed Postal Orders.

If paying by PayPal or Google Checkout, goods will be sent to the verified address of the account holdfr, otherwise goods are sent to the address provided by eBid in the Notification of Sale e-mail.

POSTAGE & PACKING

Postage Rates are for England and Wales, if you live in Scotland, N. Ireland, Rep. of Ireland , Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, please contact us for additional postal charges before buying.

For items with a postage charge of £7.50 or more, a contact telephone number is required from the buyer to enable the courier to deliver the product(s) correctly.

We do not profit by overcharging on Postage Rates.

NON-PAYERS

if you bid,or select "Buy Now", yuou make a contract with us to purchase the item(s) you have selected.

Non-Payers will be blacklisted, they will be reported to site admin, and negative feedback will be left.
