It is between Clement Holt of Barton Hartshorne, Sarah Ann Elington of Padbury (widow of Owen Edmund Bennett of Buckingham, land agent), and Jessie Mary Martin (wife of Ernest William Martin of Chiswick, draper) and Charles William Trotter of Barton Hartshorne (esq.). It has a list of land with acreages and cultivation. Has been folded.
