Postally used on 28 June 1903 with single circle Philadelphia CDS and Frankford Station flag cancel on red 2 cents stamp and sent to Mr J.E. Wood, 85 Greengate Street, Oldham, England.

Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but small light creases to top right and bottom left corners and light knock to bottom edge.
