This item: A PRIME COLLECTABLE A very rare original release UK Front of House card for this top Universal horror movie title. The image shows Victor (John Boles) and Elizabeth with a photo of Frankenstein (Colin Clive) all looking in thoughtful mode. The verso has light watercolour so that when displayed with a strong light to the back the b/w photo seems to be in colour - this is not uncommon on these old cards. Such items, these days, are almost impossible to come by for the collector and very rarely even seen, or offered. Rare
Stars: Colin Clive, Mae Clarke, John Boles, Edward Van Sloan and Boris Karloff.
Size: 8.00 x 10.00 inches approx.
Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good ++ -: single top-middle white border pin-hole; very good corners and edges with some age wear; printed on thicker card; overall, very good. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
