This item:  An embossed Hammer headed letter to a Mr Johnson detailing the success of various Hammer movies; the titles referred to are: Don't Panic Chaps, The Edge of Eternity, Stranglers of Bombay, Never Tale Sweets From a Stranger and The Two Faces of Dr. Jekyll. This is clearly a letter promoting Hammer's succes in box-office and a superb example of James Carreras's 'showmanship' as Christopher Lee called it. The letter has been signed by James Carreras (1909 - 1990).  Rare

Size:    8.50 x 11.00 inches approx. 

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) :  Very Good ++ -:    very good corners and edges; horizontal letter folds;  overall, very good.
