If a return is necessary, these are the terms of a return which you agree to when you purchase an item from out store: We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. You the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. To process a return (and to be eligible to receive the money back) you will need to return the item back with the original packaging. If the packaging is too damaged to return the item in, it does need to be included in the return packaging. Include pictures of any damage on the packaging and the item with your return request. This is required to process the return. We will respond back to your request as soon as possible. You have 30 days to open a refund request. There are no exceptions. Any return opened past 30 days will be automatically denied.
