Who are we?

Welcome to bathandkitchen. We have several years experience of selling on the internet, including on ebay as the powerseller protoavis , with over 11,000 positive feedbacks. That's why you can rest assured that you'll be receiving 5-star service from start to finish.

Our aim

This is to provide very high quality bathroom and kitchen items at unbelievably low prices. We achieve this by cutting out the middle men and dealing directly with both manufacturer and customer.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment - where possible we will dispatch the same day you pay. Please note that orders paid for on Friday afternoon may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Our smaller items are normally sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels. Items should arrive in 3-5 working days, but please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee this service, so it may occasionally take slightly longer. There is no tracking number, but we will be happy to fax you a post office receipt as proof of posting. Of course, if you require a faster delivery with tracking number, just let us know ! (Extra charge applies)

We send all our larger, heavier items by Parcelforce 24 (1-2 working days) or 48 (2-3 working days). In this case there is a tracking number so you can see where your items are at any time by going to www.parcelforce.com .

Please note that even courier items occasionally go astray or take longer than specified. We will inform you when we have dispatched your items and give you an estimated arrival date if you request it, but this is only an indication as delivery is effected by a third party. For this reason, please do not book a plumber until you have actually received your goods and checked them!

Collection in person

If you would like to collect your items in person, please contact us on 07792 987474 before you bid or 'buy now' to arrange a time.

Returns

Please check your items upon receipt for any obvious signs of damage (for items delivered by courier e.g. Parcelforce, where possible please check the goods before signing for them) and notify us within 48 hours. In some cases, it will not be necessary to return the item but we may ask for extra details and a photo. We will then contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

In the case of non-damaged goods, where you simply change your mind or decide that the item is not suitable, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. If you decide to return the goods to us, you then have a further 12 days to do so. Please make sure that the goods are returned in their original packaging wherever possible and can be sold again as new. We will refund you the original price you paid (minus postage costs) upon receipt.

Payment

We accept payment by PPPay.com, Paypal, bank transfer (please contact us for details), cheque / postal order or cash (if collecting in person).
