I need some information on how to get some Feedback received looked in to. The reason been is as follows:
We sold an item on Saturday 22 may 2010 @ 08.21
The buyer did everything that was requested, such as buy now. The buy now was received at 08.23.27
We then proceeded to post the item off at 10AM that same day, this giving the buyer every chance of a next day delivery. Shortly after the item having already been posted, we received an email from the buyer. This was brief with the content of " Sorry I bought the wrong item i think, refund please". Now we do encourage refunds and exchanges, even if it's not the fault of us. If a buyer purchases the item as described and then later on decides they don't want it after all, then we will and do offer a service of return. We replied to the seller within minutes, asking them to wait until the item had been delivered. Then to get back in touch and we will sort out the refund for them.
Monday (next working day) the item was delivered and an email was received. We then sent out our postal address for where the item can be returned to. No sooner we accepted the return, the buyer proceeded with untrue negative feedback. We still have not received the item, although it's only 3 days after they originally received it.
We support negative and positive feedback towards sellers where required. However the negative we received should have been on a positive note. We went that extra mile to accept that the buyer had purchased an item they no longer required and offered a refund.
Is there anywhere that we can have this looked in ?
