Many thanks to all my lovely bidders : meebo (who needs to find herself an executive to play with), to madelaine (who couldn't resist the dark chocolate) and to burgeyeb (who will be playing host to the Sergeant Major for the next round of the global tour! I hope the drinks cupboard is well stocked!) [UnQuote]
The cupboard is totally dry of anything stronger than h2o or grape juice (nonalc)! But the Sergeant Major is going to have a smashing good time in The Eastern Seaboard of The USA! ;-)
Sorry for being so quiet today, it's been a very busy day - figures. Normally I don't have much to do on Tuesday, but since I have a little work to do, everybody else wants some attention. LOL! I have accepted payments from bykimbo and Sunny tonight. Pounds is fine, they aren't charging any conversion fees. My friend has a Paypal account, so I will make a donation to her site when I have my act together. I'll get the tally updated tomorrow morning, it's after 11 pm here right now.
Hot topic for today was, I cut grass on my lot yesterday that has good hay and everyone was dropping by to see if they could still collect it this year. Of course, they can. The preacher's wife has a horse and there are 2 little boys with goats to feed. Anyway see you all tomorrow.
Wonderful total, BTW!
I YDC, Do you?
what is this exactly? I understand its selling for charity.. but how do I join in?

Hi there...this is the announcement for the most recent YDC (Your Donation Counts) charity drive on eBid.
THERE YOU GO
The second post down has the rules....the next YDC starts on the 24th July (YDC 79)
YDC is is a recurring charity auction. It happens once a month. I know there is a thread somewhere that explains it's origins, but I can't find it right now (Help! anybody?) If I remember right, the next one will start on Saturday 24th July. You can list anything you like for any charity you like, but there is a nominated one which changes each month. The auction should have a starting bid of 99p (or has it changed to£1?) and last for 4 days. post #1 of this thread http://www.ebid.net/forums/showthrea...t-Thread/page2 gives the rules in detail. Enough to be getting on with
