Selling brand name goods

OP - Your poll is rather flawed. There is no problem selling branded goods on eBid as long as it is line with the requirements of the 'brand' owners. I think on another site, there is a problem with selling 'Because you're worth it' products. That is a ban imposed by the brand owners - not the site.
As raindropsies has said, you will have to find another brand to sell.

Agree with the above - if the manufacturer says no selling their brand name items, except in designated venues, then that's their choice, as it's eBid's choice whether or not to allow certain brand names to be sold on eBid.

IMHO, it seems like some of the $$$ brand name sellers use brand names on high ticket items to scam the unwary. Not all do this, of course, but $$$ items are pricey for a reason; I for one wouldn't buy a $$$ brand name item unless I could actually see and handle the goods in person.

I can see your point, however this "brand" is all over the net from -Bay to the the river that runs down in S. America....

taking that to the Nth degree.... just because someone next door to me goes out and murders someone does that make it alright for me to go and out an murder someone as well...... just because someone else does something does not make it legal....

you asked support if you could sell so and so and support said no you couldn't... it really does not matter what we, the members of the site, think, it is what eBid say that counts and that I am sorry to say is the end of the matter....
