bored and cold

Well, it's cold here (7 degrees) and am bored...got the winter blues. Any body have something funny happen lately to post?

Yep! How did you know?? One of my favorite pass-times when I was little was making mud pies. We had the very best mud in the world. I'd make elegant cakes and pies (in preparation for my current position, I'm sure). Often I'd put fillings in....like dried corn or berries. One time I forgot the pies, and a week later I had a little corn crop starting to grow!! I still like to play in the mud, only now I call it gardening. People don't look at me quite so funny that way.

7*F doesn't sound too cozy. Sorry I went to bed at a semi-reasonable time, or I would have enjoyed chatting!! I hope you had a nice cup of cocoa or something soothing, and that you are happily snoozing away now.
