Don't you think you're jumping the gun a wee bit blaming eBid for ALL the problems? So far, it appears just to be TWO of us. TWO out of HOW MANY MEMBERS? I'm actually doing a process of elimination - my next step is phoning Talktalk. Ive put that off for so long cos I HATE talking to people who a) haven't a Scooby what I'm talking about or b) they THINK they are far too superior to do the job they are supposed to be doing, namely give advice! And I say this from experience.

LOL! No Mel - I'd never patronise people. I listened to colleagues doing it often enough in the past (and told them what I thought of them) AND have been on the receiving end (not from ex-colleagues - they're all still living! lol!). Just because I have to ask Tech Support etc for help doesn't mean I'm a total tube!
