http://www.mootango.webspace.virginmedia.com/ebidkb.htm says that Pay Pal sets your shipping to zero and the way to get around this is to go to Pay Pal and do the following
Log in to your PayPal account.
Navigate to: My Account > Profile > My Selling Preferences.
Under Posting my items, click on the Update link adjacent to Postage calculations.
Ensure that the box, at the bottom of the page, captioned Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override... is ticked.
Click Save.
This is the same thing Pay Pal help says to do. There is no "My Selling Preferences" under my profile on Pay Pal.
I have searched and searched Pay Pal and can't find it. Can anyone explain this for me? I have updated my Pay Pal account to business and it isn't on it either. Thanks for the help.
