The 925 means that it is 925 parts per thousand or 92.5% silver. Without other hallmarks it could indicate a continental piece. So it could be Frence, german or Austrian.

Best prices on designer and branded goods in all five stores.
I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but it appears to be what I would call "southwest" style.
thanks all i only know that the watch part is like something i've seen before as i got my mother a garnet pendant watch and the only other one i've seen this from is the usa. it's tested as silver so not so bad as that is what i like the watch part is i believe so that if anything goes wrong it can be replaced. like you see with some of the south western pieces that just slot watches in. so everything is put into the strap and casing.
thanks anyways our silver is so much easier to find out about as we put more hallmarks in it's abroad jewellery i don't know nothing about and are useless.
thanks for all your help
Have you opened the case up and taken a look at the movement?
Is it a manual wind or quartz?
Does it have a named movement?
Could you stick a picture of the movement on here and lastly sometimes the name of the maker appears on the inside rear cover?
Just a few thoughts?
It appears more of an India Indian style to me, rather than Native American Southwest style. The silver around the clock doesn't look Native American to me, and the shape of the blue stones is not what Navajo would normally use....The stones all look the same color, so are either extremely nice turquoise, or a different type of set, or man-made.
It's very pretty, but doesn't say SW to me.

Hi no it doesn't have a name and it's quartz and just says that on the front. i know you say indian but it's not really what they do either. i collect indian things and this isn't their style. i have seen southwestern cuffs made this way all the one turquoise and pictures don't give true colour these are a nice blue. i do think this is just a movement put in and and like the cuffs made in america it's so you can put any watch in if necessary instead of it being cuff ends they did the whole bracelet and not a bangle thing.
i do collect some indian silver items and this isn't their style. as i remember i bought one other watch a while back from america and i know this style from the seller said it was from the 80s which did tie into the watch he had one more mines looked better but the movement was the same so i do believe the movement is just a simple one.
The turquoise or faux turquoise points to it being Southwest US or Mexican
Unfortunately there is a lot of this type of stuff marked 925 that is not silver at all
It would need to be tested
A lot of 'turquoise' jewelry is also made in Asia...places such as Thailand, often using dyed calcite, not naturally colored turquoise. Often good jewelry from the SW US is signed. The metal in your piece looks a bit pitted and rough, where Navajo and other SW types of jewelry are most often carefully smoothed.
I would take some time and do some internet searches on turquoise jewelry, where it's made, and styles. Look up Navajo, Thailand, Native American, Indian from India, etc, and see where you find the most similarities. It still won't tell you where it was made, tho, as copies of styles abound. But having lived in the SW, and seen and lived with family who collected such things, pretty tho it is, the piece doesn't strike me as Native American.

this is one i found on ebay as navajo and i agree there is different items from all over from thialand who's items are more reliable for silver than those from china even though they can make beautiful sterling silver items most items are fake which is why i test everything. this is silver not a problem there.
oh well i guess we'll never know i do think it's a vintage watch for the quartz movement which now i need a new one i broke the winder of trying to take the quartz watch out still working but winder snapped of. so hopefully it won't cost me more than the watch did. 1980s atleast and i haven't seen another this watch just shows the type of stones are similair. photo added.
thanks for all your help i just like trying to be a bit more honest about things so try and find out. another mystery good luck and thanks for your help
