Of course he isn't. To be repentant you need a conscience and a soul. He hasn't the former and he sold the latter to the Devil years ago.Tony Blair unrepentant as Chilcot gives crushing Iraq war verdict.

nobody is held to account or takes responsibility any more, law suits or fear of them rule instead, legalised mafia the lot of them, Blair included, he made sure he lined his own pocket well and truly too didn't he? And made sure he can keep it all well hidden, reckon he is worth billions now, it should be distributed to all those whose lives have been and continue to be affected. The uprising of Isis and all the chaos and bloodshed is down to him too, the man should be hung drawn and quartered, he is despicable! The affects of his being in power and some of the things he put into place have caused absolute devastation that is still unfolding , like a tsunami gathering force. How is he still allowed to walk free?
I see the petition calling for a second Brexit referendum ha been kicked out: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-36754376
It was a waste anyway with:
- many votes being fraudulent (even after the removal of thousands of known fraudulent ones)
- most votes having been made after the referendum result
- no way of knowing if those voting were even eligible to vote in any referendum
There was also the issue that under their own criteria for a 'valid result' (60% of a 75% turnout) meeting such a criteria, without compulsory voting as in Australia, would be almost impossible to achieve and overturn the existing result; though, no doubt, a 50.001% vote for Remain from any turnout would suddenly be a valid result in their view.

So May to be PM. That will make the whole referendum a waste of time.
The system has screwed the will of the people yet again.
With all that is going on in the world it's nice to hear a bit of good news:
