I have just uploaded over 100 magazines and want to add the subject to them, there is no option in Ninja Lister or once uploaded in "My Bulk Edit" to do this, surely you don't have to edit each magazine individually or am I missing something
Thanks

if you click on Buy on Ebid > Books, Comics & Magazines and click on Magazines, to the left hand size are a variety of categories, those are what I am asking about, so if someone is just interested in "Boats" for instance, they can tick that box and only magazines about Boats will show.
If you edit an individual listing there is a drop down box titled "product attributes" with these subjects in, But I can't find a way of choosing this option under bulk edit, so it looks like they have to be done one by one
Its the same with books, they have the option when you edit an individual book "Subject - Format - Special Attributes, but again this option doesn't seem to be available in bulk edit
So Are you asking for a category to be added to the list of already populated categories in Ebid? or are you looking to change one you have already put on a listing?

I am trying to put multiple magazine in a catagory withouty editing them individually
When you upload multiple magazines to Ebid using Ninja Lister you can only initially put them in the Books, Comic & Magazines>Magazines direxctory, you cannot put them in a subject category as well
Hmm I have never had this problem all of my comics are listed in Ninja Lister and all of mine are listed down to a final category eg) Books. Comics and Magazines/Comics/US Comics/Copper Age 1984-1991/superheroes/Batman
Is this what you mean?

Yes thats correct your comics have more sub categories, but if you try listing in books comics and magazines the next sub category is Magazines and it ends there.
I think Ebid is calling these other options Ghost Categories, similar to item specifics on Ebay
I queried this a while back as all the Fiction & Non Fiction book categories had disappeared after the last big site update.
I had to go into each listing individually to update the 'Attributes' - and probably missed a few along the way.
That's the only way to do it, unfortunately.
Thanks for the info, hopefully they will upgrade the site to do this in bulk in the future, its going to be impossible with 100s of listings
I'm not sure I know what I'm talking about, but if, instead of trying to do this with Ninja Lister, you export to a spreadsheet and then put the attributes in there, which looks easy to do, then upload. According to the spreadsheet description the attributes go in column D, though that seems to be populated with a barcode in the example.
More information is needed.
