All said quite affectionately, I'm sure!
Thinking of names, it's the Kennel Club that annoys me! I had a Lhasa named "Cleo" (Her brother was "Pharaoh"). I asked the breeder to register her as "Cleopatra Jewel of the Nile". Unfortunately, the breeder, a very nice lady, did it by telephone. As a result of her "Estuary English" accent and the stupidity of the lady taking the call, she was registered as "Cleopatra Duel of the Nile". The K.C. refused to rectify this nonsense!! Part of life's rich pattern I suppose. At least poor "Cleo" wasn't at all ambarrassed!

One year, I already had 8 cats and someone dropped off 3 grown cats, 1 female and 2 males.
I kept them outside until I could figure out what to do. The female was swatting and hissing the at the males. When them became part of the family, I still had problems with the female.
Her name > > > > >
B ' itchy Broad
Just her attitude.
I then started to work with kids as a Project Leader in Art for 4-H. I change B' itchy Broad's name to Crabby Puss. I didn't want the kids going home and telling their parents about "BB". LOL
I then also figured that she needs to be in a One Cat Home.
My nephew purchased a home and had wanted a cat. He actually wanted my 30 pound boy which wasn't going to happen. So he got "BB" alias Crabby Puss which became "CP".
The only cat in the house and CP loved it.
As a kid, we had 2 cats, Tiger and Baby.
I had cats where I boarded my horses.
One of them was hit and had surgery. Her name was Tiger.
I brought her home because of the injuries and mom was not happy.
She finally gave in and she was added to the family BUT we had to change her name.
We were not having two "Tigers" in the family.
Mom figured out a name when she was in the cat litter box.
She told us that her name is now "STP" (alias: Stoop To Poop) This is the truth.
