What does the line through the User Name mean?
The user could either be waiting for account verification or has been removed from the site altogether? Possibly....
In this case, your Buyer only joined recently, 15th September, and bought quite a lot from you. Possibly he/she has tried to buy again in large quantity and has been requested to verify the account.
If you look at the item in your Sold section, has eBID left you a message there explaining what the situation is?
If not, I would contact Support.

I also have a buyer that is crossed out......but I have a message on the sold item.
