I had the almost the same problem. I was getting some emails but not all. I contacted support who have replied saying all should now be well.

I had the same problem and contacted support. My emails have started arriving again. Once support was aware of the problem they got it fixed.
Happy Holidays to all and a big thank you to support for a quick response to the problem.
We've had a few users who have reported our emails as spam, when this happens an automatic stop for any future emails occurs.
If this is the case you will need to contact us to get the block removed and to agree to manage the emails you wish to receive within the My eBid area instead of reporting them as spam as this causes our email sending reputation harm each time it happens which can take a long time to regain.
