My apologies to the obay seller who sent me several PM's a week or two ago about joining ebid as a Seller if they are caught up in this.
The problem seems to have been around for a month now. Unless it's insurmountable perhaps it's time that Support contacted USwith some general info. to help new members that are baffled. Or at least with an up-date about Work In Progress trying to fix it, please.
There was some speculation that this may be connected to the integration of Stripe with the site. Has there been any further information about how that is going / went, that I missed?

I owe a small fee but can't pay as they won't recognize the card I have used ever since I registered here years ago. I contacted support and they said to be patient and they would get the problems worked out. I wonder if this is what causes NPB and other problems.

Our technicians have informed us that there are technical issues with our payment merchant provider. This is ongoing and hopefully will be fixed soon.

When registering you have the option of two seller plans. Either, SELLER or SELLER+
SELLER+ status membership provides much greater features and services than our SELLER status membership.
For example, your items are uploaded to Google Shopping automatically if they meet Google's selling criteria and you can list your items with no final selling fees.
SELLER status membership you will incur a final value fee (FVF) of 5% if the item is sold (unless you opt for a free listing 0.00 that does not show images in searches). You are also not eligible to be included in Google shopping searches.
