Yesterday was dreary, rain on and off and the winds hit 60 miles per hour.
Nice part is all the leaves are off the trees and the leaves are pretty much in one corner of the yard.
Going through the cabinets and getting out of date food out.
There is still wind outside and a bit cold. I think I will start checking my inventory against my inventory cards for another store.
Should start getting some of my paperwork ready for income tax for next year.

Our patio was under water this morning, so much rain! Then we had to go out for old people's lunch in Hampstead. I looked fisherman's friend in gaberdeen and hat for the rain
Yes the rain Bill is bad here in Somerset, luckly our neighbour & I cleared the leaves away from the drain so at the moment water running down well but there seems more leaves this year, think its the winds causeing havoc,
Have just caught up on Somers sales & the relists, hope everyone is coping.
Hi y'all.
Don't mention dentists to me, I'm not best pleased with mine. After the covid outbreak all non emergency appointments were cancelled. I left it until I felt safe enough to book another appointment only to be told that my dentist had left and I was given an appointment with a new dentist. I had to wait half a year, (January appt.) I received a letter from them a couple of weeks ago saying my appt. had been cancelled -NO explanation!
I phoned them up and was told that the new dentist was too busy, and phone back end of January to make a new appt.
Snotty nosed couldn't care less, arrogant attitude from the receptionist made my blood boil.
When I have time I will try and find another dentist - where are they all?
We too have had lots and lots of rain - seems not so long ago that we were praying for rain when we were in the drought and all the grass lawns died. Own up - which one of you did a rain dance?
PS: Hey Merlin, nice to hear from you x
Sorry to hear about your dentist Trish. Here in East London our dentist is still taking new NHS clients, and appointments within a week. They are an extended family of dentists all named Gupta and no complaints about their service.

Did relists again.
I guess winter is here.
Thursday was the last day in the 70's.
Friday, it dropped down to high 30's and combine it with the wind. . . B U R R r r r r
The cats are starting to snuggle now with the coldness coming.
Thursaday, I was able to get most of my chimney cement repaired except about the last foot.
The neighbor loan me a scissor lift to get that far but it was only a 20 foot lift.
Sooooo, it's too cold now to do anymore cement work.
