Not seeing my Photo Thumbnails on my listing

Hi there, i am Not seeing my Photo Thumbnails on my listing or in my shop. Can someone help me out with this problem please? my shop is

I am still awaiting a reply for some help. Are these forums dead or is just the whole ebid system dead.. is it worth selling here also?

do you have "gallery" selected in the listing format?
if it is set to "free" then no thumbnail

It looks like you're registered a as "Silver" seller.

Have a look at the "Ebid Help" (at the top of the page.). Go to FAQs > section 2 - "How much does it cost to sell."

You'll see 'Standard' - Free. No thumbnail on the results page.

OR

"Platinum Listing" - Yes, thumbnail on the results page. BUT.

Each Platinum Listing or re-list will cost you 5p, but as you can see from the table there are other advantages like Integrated Checkout and listings uploaded to Google Shopping (if they qualify).

When I started selling here I tried Platinum Listings, to "see how it goes". I'm still using them, never got around to Upgrading!

If you want to use them you'll find them near the bottom of the listing form, below the Payment Methods Accepted (or something very similar). Just tick the box. Ebid will send you a bill on the 1st of each month.

Somewhere in the FAQs is also a table showing all the Selling Plans with details of what each gives you and what they cost.

There is also a "Fees and Charges" table. I recommend that you ignore that one. It's out of date, inaccurate and mis-leading.

In the store profile :
Go to My EBid
Left side, click on All About Me




On the Forum
Click on the Forum Action
Select Edit Profile



On left side under My Settings
Edit profile picture
