It's so hard for people that the waits are so long now. I do hope they start improving dramatically. Your choice seems sensible.

The waits have always been long in Eastbourne. I get my first appointment with a cardiologist (a video call) in August as a followup from my cardiac arrest in 2016, while I know people who had a crdiac arrest earier than that, and since, who were seen within weeks

I'm also on a waiting list to see a neuropychocologist to be assessed relating to a brain injury from the same cardiac arrest. I was referred for this last December and the list is a minimum of 5 years long in East Sussex when nationally the wait is on average 10 years plus

How long have you been on the cardio waiting list? The waits are ridiculously long, esp in England, it seems. I hope they speed up soon.

I passed out several times while taking every blood pressure treatment prescribed so I was taken off the cardiology list back in 2019 without any appointment made to see a cardiologist.

I decided to bi-pass the \gp and phone the hospital cardiology department directly and got a video appoint ment that way.

So it's taken from April 2016 until August 2024 to get to speak to a cardiologist

I'm glad you decided to call directly. Good luck....I hope your appointment will be a help.

I'm going to ask for an echocardiogram as my GP won't refer me.

We have been having crazy weather in Wisconsin USA.
It's been raining, rain off and on, temperatures in the high 80's and 90's along with humidity.

My yucca's and lilies are blooming now.

Finally took some time to work in my gardens.

I have 1 1/2 gardens left to weed. The only reason that I have time for my gardens is that the humidity has been so high that I can't work in my client's garden without lots of breaks.
Hoping to finish the gardens today. It's suppose to be cool and I really want my gardens looking good.

The rain and humidity has been really bad here. We are mowing the lawns every 4 days.
Right now, the lawn needs mowing
