account verification by ebid

Hello,
a few weeks ago ebid wrote to me saying that my account was being monitored and that I should provide documents so that they could monitor me.
I did that but nothing has happened for weeks.
time period 07/24/2024-08/06/2024

Is it normal that you don't hear anything for so long and the account can't be used?

Did the original message ask you for sensitive information and are you sure that there hasn't been any activity on your account since then?

It seems a little suspicious to me that you've heard nothing since supplying your documents.

You should at least be able to clarify with them that it was ebid that asked you for verification documents and not someone 'phishing'.

I was asked for verification after 14 years and 24000 feedback1 i sent 5 documents my 350 items are not there my regulars are goin nuts i sell about 150-200 items a week slow in summer but i look to all as if im closed down i can't even fill orders because i need to access my pictures this is bad business i have 24000+@100% plus 40-50,000 more sales i send people from other sites here!100% feedback and have sold here since 2010! i cant get anyone to respond! I am offended at how i am treated! my customers are contacting ebid can som,e one respond!

they contacted me asking for the same documents i had sent.i just told them that they should make my items available to transfer after being treated like this after 14 years and having higher feedback than anyone on the site to be suspended over a disgruntled customer was the last straw i did more to advertise ebid sending messages to all my customers. i will probably have to sue so i can load my items elsewhere i will ask for an injunction against ebid from operating in the states i dont want to sell here anymore after this. i only sell to my regulars they will follow me i dont see anyone making sales here
