Help please, trying to move from the other place

I cannot find any way of contacting Ebid, I have posted this in 2 different threads - this being my 3rd, please can someone tell me how I contact Ebid.
I have stopped listing my CD's as I'm not sure where I stand now
Can Anyone help

'I have been adding my link to my Ebid shop on all of my dispatch notices on Ebay.

One of my very regular customers comes from Greece and was trying to buy something in my Ebid shop as it is cheaper than in my Ebay shop.

He emailed me to say that he can't sign up from Greece as he has to have a county.

He always pays by Paypal and just wants to buy so why can't he sign up from Greece.

Help please or I'm wasting my time telling my buyers that I am gradually moving.

support@ebid.tv if you don't get a ticket number sent to you by email fairly quickly they haven't received your email.

They have started adding other countries, maybe they can tell you if Greece is in the pipeline & if so when it will be added.
eBid is growing but it's not a massive corporation with 100's of employees so things do take time.
