    I wasn't getting emails on my yahoo address so switched to my hotmail address and the emails are coming through okay there. Is there a problem with yahoo as well? I'd really like to go back to that address rather than my private one.

    I've got a blueyonder account and use Mozilla Thunderbird as an email client.

    Usually I have no trouble receiving all email notifications, but I sold an item last night and didn't receive the final 'Auction Closed'/'Successful Sale' confirmation (I did receive a 'Reserve Met' email the previous day) - auction ID: 1183656963-1199-0.


    I've got all email options ticked in 'My eBid'.

    Hmm bit disconcerting ...... I've only just received an invoice which was sent out on Wednesday 18th July - only 4 days late

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ---- Need more email assistance.

    I sent a PM 7/21/07 to Mark and he must be on holiday as he has never answered it.

    I have just sent it again to both Mark and Johnsonalex in hopes one of them will find it. I have tried to contact support but don't know if they even received my email.

    Gazza if you talk to one of them please ask them to check their PMs.

    The two above quotes were made on 7/19/07 and I have tried PMs and support and here and I am still needing one of my eBid emails Starband returned back to eBid forward to me. I NEED SOME HELP HERE.

    Surely I am not asking to much for the email and I would like to get the problem solved with my ISP.

    I'm with BT and I only get about half of the emails I should. Is there a way of sorting this out?
    I have also NEVER received a newsletter from eBid, so I missed out on the Platinum upgrade!
    I've been a member of eBid for nearly 4 years!
