May I suggest splitting this forum into two? A separate forum for reporting problems with the system and one for suggestions and wish lists.
Also...If you have the vBulletin Project Tools add-on then make the problem reporting forum into one like that at vBulletin support itself

This would remove the doubt users have over whether a reported problem is being/going to be addressed and over what time scale, or whether eBid does not consider the reported problem an issue and does not intend to address it (so no point keep asking).
