I'm inclined to agree with you heatemyfather, I can't say that I've ever felt hampered by the speed of my browser, just the ISP bandwidth being hogged by folk downloading movies and stuff with torrents, slows everything else to a standstill.

Oddly enough the browser does have a lot to do with how fast things display and the Google browser is fast. It displays this site far faster than both IE and my Mozilla based SeaMonkey. Not sure if I like the design and lack of "customisability" though.

If their description is accurate, this will be well worth trying out. The biggest advantage of the dinosaur computers (i.e. mainframes) is that they can handle enormous numbers of independent processes at the same time. This looks like the first browser to come up with the same idea. And compiling JavaScript is a wonderful idea!
I've just installed it. Seems quite fast, but did not pick up the fact I use Roboform password manager and at times would not let my hidden task bar pop up.
Still it is early days, so I'll wait to see how it develops.
