Thread: seller not responding to request of refund

    Angry seller not responding to request of refund

    I bought an item from a seller. Once i received it i sent it back as i was not pleased with it. He is now not responding to my emails.

    What should i do?

    you should have waited untill contact was made wth the seller....sorry this does not help , but never return an item until things are agreed before hand........
    keep trying and hope the seller does respond..........contact ebid support.......papa.

    Some sellers will not accept returns. I agree with everyone else before you do anything, discuss the problem with the seller.

    If seller accepts returns, the shipping is sometimes negotiable--if the seller has made a mistake in description, etc, he/she might pay shipping. But if you just changed your mind about item, and they accept returns, you must pay all costs to ship item.

    You also will want to discuss the issue of leaving feedback (you would not want to earn a negative for this transaction).

    Hi Speedy , I did mean to ask why you were not pleased ? was it not as described or broken .... or was it just a case of you deciding ....." no I do not want it now "....if the later .... I would suggest that the seller does not need to accept it.....but should still reply to you............Papa.
