I consider myself technologically competant... which is why this is frustrating me even more.
A buyer hasnt received an item I posted and filed a dispute through Paypal. Not a problem in itself as I have proof of postage for the item and they seem like a decent buyer, so I know they arent out to rip anyone off.
The problem is I tried to reply to the buyer through Paypal and the only option that was available came up through 'note to Paypal', I wrote a note explaining I will refund etc as its been a while since I posted it.
Clicked submit.. page is blank and asks me to enter a message.. nothing of the message on the dispute page.
So I think hmm maybe it will only let me add a message after I refund? Not the way I remember it being before but heck I need to refund it anyway as they havent received it.
Could I find that refund button? Noooo
I've literally clicked every link on the dispute page at least 3 times...nothing...
Nightmare scenario, cant refund, not sure if my message went though.... worst comes to worst I'll send them the money direct and add the extra for the fees but thats just putting extra funds into Paypals greedy pockets.
Anyone know where they might have moved the refund button to?
