Question From pasasap [+30]

This listing is in violation of eBid policy. This is not a Mint Set, it was not made at the Royal Canada Mint, it is a privately made Year Set. You must state in your Title that this is a Year Set and you must describe in writing that this set was not made by the Royal Canada mint. All authentic RCM sets contain Prooflike coins and your set contains Business Strike coins which are never found in RCM sets. Even the VIP Sets, which are rarer, do not contain Business Strikes but contain Specimen Strikes with mirror-like finishes. You have the right to sell any coins at any price that you want to sell them, but you cannot deceive your buyers into thinking they are getting something they are not. You must correct this listing to read Year Set and describe the coins as not being part of an actual Mint Set made by the RCM, but as being a privately constructed set made by you or someone else. The big issue here is you describe them as a Mint Set, but you must change it to read Year Set and explain clearly that the set was not made by the RC Mint.
