Pure Pink Topaz is a natural topaz, mined in Brazil, and they've treated the back of the stone in much the same manner (and by the same people) as the Mystic Fire Topaz I've sold online for 10-12 years now. This Pure Pink Topaz stone is set into a simple 14k gold basket mounting. The stone weighs in the neighborhood of 7 carats, and measures 14x10mm. Look closely at the prongs, and the rest of the setting -- we use a nice, thick structure (you don't want massive, but you don't want cheap stamped out stuff either) so that your jewelry will last and last. (Your daughter will love it when she inherits this from you.) In plain English, this is simply a very pretty stone, and it's well mounted in this 14K pendant simple basket mounting.
