We also have a strict policy of customer satisfaction. This includes on-site repairs, we never take your PC away for repair! The customer likes to know what is being done with their PC so all repairs and installations are carried out within the comfort of your home or business! That way, you can see what is being done and you can also ask any questions you may have concerning your PC. Our technicians are always happy to help and to answer any enquiries you may have.
We have set fee's, that way, it assures you, our customers, the exact price you will pay and no more!
Our maximum repair charges are £95.00, so you will NEVER pay anymore than £95.00 for a repair or reinstallation of Windows or any other software installation (registered and activated) carried out within your home or business...that's guaranteed!
A full Windows reinstallation Activated and Registered is £55.00.
A full repairs package is £95.00, this includes Windows and any software installed of your choice...all activated and registered to you!
All our Service Engineers are Microsoft Certified, (CISCO, ACITP.) and carry official Microsoft identification I.D. for your peace of mind and security.
