Payment
Winning bidders should contact us within 3 days
of auction close, and payment is to be submitted within 7 days. Payment in
advance is required by PPPay, Postal Order or UK Cheque (please allow time to
clear). Please remember to quote the item number when making payment. If payment
is not received within 7 days, the item will be re-listed.
Payment by Escrow
Payment by PPPay Escrow service is welcome but if Escrow is required, the
buyer MUST select the Recorded Delivery option as order tracking is a
requirement of the Escrow service.
Carriage
Items will be securely packaged and despatched
by first class mail within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. A certificate
of posting will be obtained. The responsibility for items lost or damaged in the
mail system rests with the buyer. Items can be sent recorded delivery if
requested (additional 66p charge) but buyers should note that although this will
enable the consignment to be tracked, Royal Mail will not pay compensation for
items of jewellery sent by this method. Special Delivery should be considered
for expensive items (please email for prices).
Our Guarantee
We do hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if for any
reason you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it to us in the
condition it was received within 7 days and we will replace any damaged items
where available or offer a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that
original postage & packaging costs cannot be refunded. Please email us with any
concerns you may have.
