Everything that I sell is 100% made with care and attention by me, and I'll always say if its not.

I am lucky that I love what I do, and am finally turning an adored hobbie into a growing little business that I can work around my two wee girls, aged 6 years and 2 years... and my big girl, aged 15 years.  And now that its just the four of us, I have even more heart and soul to put into my miniatures =)

All my miniatures are exact scale replicas of the real thing; I don't produce "knock offs". I make a huge effort to ensure they are correctly scaled from the original, true life piece.

Where it is necessary, I have worked very hard to gain consent from copyright and trademark holders (world wide) to be able to reproduce branded items that we all know and love.

I scrutinise my work, and know that if I question whether I would be happy to pay money for a piece, I cannot, in good faith, expect anyone else to do that exact thing.  So the miniatures that I sell are of excellent quality and workmanship, a fact that I am very proud of.

I have a great time producing these miniatures, and love knowing that they are being enjoyed by enthusiasts all around the world. 

I enjoy the friendships that I have and continue to gain from people who buy from me...I see no strangers, just friends I haven't gotten to know yet =)

I'm always up for a challenge, so if you are looking for something particular that you think is in line with other items I produce, ask me, I may be able to produce exactly what you're searching for.....

I will do my utmost to ensure that YOU, my customer is happy and pleased with your purchase, and if something goes a miss, I'll do everything I can to rectify the problem as promptly as I can....

My mum is a fantastic quilter and crafter so after much discussion, she is going to let me set up a shop on ebid for her beautiful quilts and things, like her 100% New Zealand or Australian mohair scarves and adorable dolls quilts....though she does make them up to a king size.

I have a varied amount of postage options, so if I don't have anything listed that suits, please just ask....I can send via courier, registered mail, track and trace, parcel packed or just standard national or international mail...obviously the price varies depending on the preference.  In New Zealand our prices are dependant on both size and weight, though the heaviest parcel I've ever sent with miniatures in it was only 214 grams! I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged if sent via standard post, however, I will help make a claim against NZ Post on your behalf (cross fingers, haven't had THAT problem yet!).

I have learnt from experience that even the smallest things can be squished in the post, so now I bubble wrap even the teeniest item to help ensure its safety while its winging its way to you...but I do prefer my larger items be parcel packed in a box, thus hopeing to guarantee it will arrive with you in the same condition it left me in...

I also sell through our own homegrown online auction site "trademe", user names 'butterfly.tree' and 'titanea', check them out for my literally hundreds of excellent feedbacks

I do expect prompt contact and payment after an auction closes.  I'm sorry I can only offer Paypal as means of payment at this stage, google checkout and pppay aren't supported in New Zealand as yet.  Though I guess it would work (albeit slowly) to send me an international money order in your own local currency, recommending postage through registered mail.

I will ALWAYS combine multiple purchases to save on shipping costs.
