All shipping originates from Nottingham UK.  Shipment will be by royal mail.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment. Possibly the same day depending on when an order is placed.

In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Software sales are not refundable.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Should you return an item that is not deemed faulty and simply wish for a refund we will refund monies unoncditionally with the exception of an administration cost of £1.50 to cover expenses of listings, paypal etc...
