Simplicity 4340 sewing pattern "Patty Reed Designs". This 2005 vintage sewing pattern will make a child's fleece top or vest, skirt, pants and hat in sizes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The pattern is uncut and factory folded. Please see the pattern inventory for details.

Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.

Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
