ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Flat measures approximately 12" x 12". Flat is in Poor condition wear especially on the corners. 4 bent corners which leaves creases that affect the front and back of the flat. There are creases on the flat. There is a crease line that runs the full length of ones side of the flat. Crease line affects the front and back of the flat. This is NOT a record or CD cover. NO record or CD is included in this sale.
