The fabric very stretchy!!! so will fit an additional 2" or so waist and hips etc
Measurements flat and unstretched so double and use above guide and below comments for fit

22 1/2" inseam (leg length these are chino style)
4 1/8" cuff
18" unstretched hips

10 (and a little curvier) Australian = 8 (and a little curvier) United States
Up to 30" waist or thereabouts tighter
Up to 38 to 39" hips or thereabouts these stretch a lot
These are vintage designer Escada jeans that I painted.

These jeans are painted with fabric paint and can be washed in your washing machine.
They can be ironed with an old tea towel or piece of fabric between the iron and the jeans.
So quite easy care!
