Hello my name is George.
I've been married for 23 years and have two beautiful children, 18 and 8 years old. Thirteen years ago we bought my grandparents' house from their estate. Like a lot of you out there, I come from a long line of packrats. Consequently, along with the house came 60 years of my grandparents' were collecting. This combined with 40 years plus that I have been collecting (oh no! I inherited the pack-rat disease!) has left my family and I quite cramped. Most of the things that I was saving, I was only saving because I know there are people out there in the world that can appreciate these treasures and want or need them more than I do. Ten years ago, when I discovered eBay, and a seven years ago when I finally gained the confidence to started buying on eBay, I found out how much fun it is and how many great people I met in the process. I finally have decided to start parting with some of the treasures that I have been saving. These items have never been "one man's trash" to me, but there's only so much good stuff you can keep, so I hope these items will be received as "another man's (or woman's) treasure".
