BUYING FROM US POLICIES

ORDERS:
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for your order to turn-up as items are sometimes delayed in the post which is beyond our control. If your order did not turn-up within 5 to 10 working days, please contact us on: PHONE 0844 335 0896 or you can contact us through eBid to make us know you did not receive your order so we can track it or make some enquiry with our postal service. If you choose to call us you must quote your (ORDER ID NUMBER) so we can provide you with the appropriate information as to what had happen to your order.

FAULTY ITEMS:
Our returns policy is valid for (28 DAYS) from receipt of an item which is faulty. If your item is faulty please contact us straight away describing the problem. If you contact us by phone you must quote your (ORDER NUMBER). Without the order number we won’t be able to offer much help in regards to your query. In most cases you may have to send the item back to us. As soon as we receive the item in its original packaging we will make our technician process the item just to make sure the problem is a factory fault and not the customer fault. If it turns out to be a factory fault we will have to sent the item back to our supplier and send out a replacement for you within the next 3 to 7 business days. In some cases it can take a bit longer before we can send out a replacement. But if it's turns out to be a customer fault we will not be able to offer much support in this matter and return the item back to the customer.

RETURNING AN UNWANTED ITEM:

You may return any UNOPENED item within (7 DAYS) of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an OPENED item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
