Hello to everyone here at ebid.co.uk. 

We are Angela & Simon and we are "underthebox". We have been selling on ebay since July 2005 but have just made the move to ebid (along with many others) and are looking forward to dealing with everyone here, especially after the lovely welcome we newbies found on the community forums here!

We sell mainly women's clothing & underwear, and other bits & pieces that may catch our eye from time to time! I (Angela) do most of the day to day stuff, listing, selling, communicating with everyone, posting and feedback, whilst Simon does most of the donkey work and offers an opinion on things (whether he's been asked for it or not, lol).

We try to put customer service at the centre of everything we do (but not to the extent of cutting our own throat as ebay seems to want us all to do now!) and hope that you will check out our feedback from ebay (same id as here, and whenever I remember I'll include a link in our listings to make it easier) and that this will give you more confidence in buying from us newbies.

We always try to post items within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment, and often it is the next day. We will always let you know when your item has been dispatched so that you will know to expect it. We use recorded delivery because it is more secure for us & for you. Using this method we have only had 1 parcel go permanently missing in the mail in over 600 transactions. So if your parcel has not arrived within 5 days of us saying it has been sent then please get in touch so that we can advise what to do next. (But please bear in mind that RM only keep a recorded item at their depot for 1 week before returning to sender, and don't always leave a card to say they tried to deliver, although they don't regard an item as missing until fifteen days after posting).

Likewise if there are any problems or queries after you have received your item please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can try & sort it out to everyone's satisfaction. Unfortunately due to hygiene considerations returns on underwear purchases are only accepted in exceptional circumstances.

We always try to deal with any matters arising as promptly as possible, but would ask for a little patience especially at weekend and in school holidays as we often go camping and have little or no internet access, but I will usually put a holiday notice on our listings to let everyone know when we do this.
