This is a 1997 British trade dollar coin as shown. The coin was issued to celebrate the India Independence 1947 - 1997 50th Anniversary. The coin comes with no papers etc, the maker is unknown. The coin is housed in a plastic coin capsule. 
Condition as photos, general handling and storage marks etc. I will leave you to decide; please look at the photos carefully. I think the general condition is good used collectable for the age. As you can see in the photos, there are user, handling and storage marks etc. The capsule can be replaced,
