Hi, I always buy from you and bought 2 hycosan and only received 2, not 3 for 2. Can you explain what’s different this time please.

The Hycosan purchased were from different listings. The offer has never been a 'Mix & Match' offer as that would require too much messaging to ascertain what product the customer wanted as an 'extra', taking up time and delaying the postage of their purchase. I know this as I have done 'Mix & Match' offers in the past and it was a headache. That being said, next time you buy 2, I will send 4 - as long as you specify the 'extras' you want at the time of purchase.
