All items we sell are brand new and unused unless otherwise stated.

VAT
We are a VAT registered Company & VAT is already added. We will enclose a VAT receipt with all sales.

PAYMENT
For Channel Island customers & all customers outside the EC VAT will deducted either prior to payment or refunded after payment received.

LATE/MISSING PARCEL
Please allow 15 working days from delivery before reporting non-arrival, Royal Mail will not accept responsibility before then. Please also check local sorting office, and neighbours before coming back to us, often items are tracked this way.
If returned to us as NOT KNOWN, or NOT CALLED FOR, we will only re-ship when further postage has been paid


REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We will replace or refund faulty goods returned to us with appropriate proof of purchase. You must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the fault has occurred after this 30 day period, but within 6 months, then we will be happy to offer a replacement. You must arrange the return delivery yourself and we cannot reimburse and return postage charges of any faulty items over 30 day policy.
If you receive an item in error, please do not open or use the product and we will happily replace it for the product you require. Please return it & we will cover the postal costs incurred.
You have 7 days to contact us to arrange to return and unwanted items. The return must arrive to us with 30 days of the original order date. Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. You must arrange the return delivery yourself & we can not reimburse & return postage charges.note that we are also unable to refund the original delivery charge. Where free delivery has been given, we will deduct the actual cost of delivery to you which, depending on weight and service used may cost more than the standard rates we charge.
